Drop-off & Pick-up Information

✦ In an effort to provide a safe & positive environment for our students,
please follow all traffic procedures we have implemented here at Auxier Elementary ✦

Only Students & Staff are permitted to be on campus beyond the designated drop-off & pick-up areas

Parent Drop-off & Pick-Up

  • ALL vehicles will enter & exit the campus from Power Road
  • Vehicles will remain in a single line to enter right lane of the Pick-Up & Drop-Off Zone
  • Parking lots will be closed for student pick-up/drop-off during arrival & dismissal times
  • Drivers MUST remain in their vehicle at all times during drop-off & pick-up
  • Students must enter/exit from the passenger side of the vehicle
  • Vehicles will continue pulling forward to next stopped vehicle before student(s) exit
  • Morning Arrival: 8:15 - 8:35am
    • Students will walk directly to their designated playground & line up area
    • If students arrive after 8:40am, students will be marked tardy & must be signed in by an adult
  • After School Dismissal: 3:10pm
    • Students will gather along the Drop-Off Zone
    • Families/carpools will meet together along the Drop-Off Zone
    • ALL vehicles will display a pickup sign in the window to expedite the process
    • Students with a Kindergarten sibling will meet & wait at the Kindergarten playground
  • **No Left Turns** onto Power Road from the Front Parking Lot between 8:15 - 8:50am & 3:05 - 3:40pm

Walkers

  • Students walking on & off campus will follow the designated entry/exit route
  • Kindergarten & 1st Grade students must have an older sibling or adult with them to walk off campus
  • Parking lots will be closed for student pick-up/drop-off during arrival & dismissal times
  • Utilize the crosswalk to enter the designated entry/exit route
  • Students can not cross Brooks Farms Road without an adult
  • Morning Arrival: 8:15 - 8:30am
    • Students will walk onto campus, directly to their designated playground & line up area
    • Exterior gates are closed at the end of morning arrival
    • If students arrive after 8:30am, they must enter through the Front Office with an adult
  • After School Dismissal: 3:10pm
    • Parents/Guardians may meet their students at the exit of the designated route
